So after being drone-less (Sold my drone a long time ago)… I ran into a situation where I had to hang some wires up somewhere high, but it was too inconvenient to set up a ladder. So I did the only sane thing to do, and purchase the cheapest drone I could find (/s).

For around $20 AUD, it’s actually quite incredible as to the stuff that comes.
The drone (look how small it is!), a nice case, and spare blades.

I’ve tested it, and it doesn’t have the best of pulling force, but flying some fishing line to be used as a pull cable worked pretty well.

Sometime in the future I’ll post some more information / footage of this drone in action.
